Alzheimer’s Shadowing: When a Caregiver Can’t be Alone for a Minute
Dear Carol: My husband and I have had a happy marriage with each of us loving being together, but we’ve also had separate interests. We felt that this enriched our marriage. Sadly, my husband is now living with Alzheimer’s, and I find that it’s getting so he can’t let me out of his sight long enough to shower or take out the trash.
