Happy 250th Independence Day from Minding Our Elders!
This is a special Independence Day for our country. Many of you will be planning picnics or grilling, and – special day or not – some of you will be trying to celebrate while also caring for family members due to age or disability. That’s all good, but don’t forget to celebrate yourselves, the family caregiver, as an important yet often unacknowledged part of our healthcare system. You are all the best!
Have a wonderful 250th 4th of July!
